The search is underway to find a superintendent and leader for Southwestern Consolidated School Corporation. Our Board of Education will be working with The University Search Team consisting of educational leadership professors from Ball State, Indiana State, Indiana University, and Purdue University. The services of the University Search Team are provided without cost by our four major state universities. An application for the position has been posted on our website. The applications of qualified candidates will be accepted through March 13, 2024. While assisted by the University Search Team, Our Board of Education will conduct all interviews with selected candidates and make the final choice for superintendent.
